Thirteen years ago I took a few years off from my critical care nursing job to stay at home with my first daughter, Emma (now 16). Although nursing was something I loved, I was looking for a creative outlet so I purchased a monogram machine, then another, and now I have three. Wanting to turn monogramming into a retail business, I found Plaid Rabbit for sale late one night. For 13 years I have poured my heart into Plaid Rabbit. I added two more daughters to my family, Caroline (now 14), and Millie (almost 3).
If anyone asks the secret to my success, I always tell them that I have the kindest, most dedicated, and talented employees in the industry. Plaid Rabbit has the sweetest and most loyal customers, which makes my job that much easier. I pride myself in giving back to the community because the community is what made Plaid Rabbit so successful. We are thankful for you, the customers, for supporting us each and every day.
